Senior HR Coordinator - Media

About Them

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR assistant or HR coordinator looking to take the next step up to HR advisor within a highly-respected, established book publishers.

Based in fabulous offices in central London, you will be part of small but highly effective HR team supporting a lively, energetic, creative workforce.

Reporting into the Head of HR, the role supports recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, payroll, benefits and day-to-day HR administration, while providing clear first-line guidance within agreed policies and escalating complex or sensitive issues appropriately.

About You

This is a genuinely fantastic opportunity for someone to build their generalist HR skills in a supportive and encouraging working environment. It would suit someone with:

• approximately two years+ UK based HR experience in the media, advertising or creative industries

• a commitment to building a long-term career in HR

• an interest in Learning and Development

• curiosity about learning more about the publishing industry

• an appetite for exploring new digital tools, including AI, to improve ways of working appropriately and responsibly

• excellent verbal and written communications skills together with an outgoing, proactive approach and superb attention to detail
